Many students struggle not because they lack intelligence, but because they haven't developed the executive function skills needed to manage increasing academic and life demands. Missed assignments, chronic procrastination, poor time management, emotional overwhelm, lack of motivation, and constant parent-student conflict can quickly erode confidence and put future opportunities at risk.
As students move through high school and into college, the expectation for independence grows dramatically. Yet many young adults are expected to manage complex schedules, advocate for themselves, regulate emotions, make sound decisions, and stay organized without ever being taught how.
At CoachingUToday, we help close that gap. We teach students how to develop the habits, mindset, and practical skills necessary to take ownership of their responsibilities, manage challenges effectively, and perform at their potential. Through personalized coaching, students learn to strengthen focus, organization, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and self-management skills that support success both in and beyond the classroom.
At the same time, we help parents move from constant reminders, frustration, and conflict to healthier communication, clearer boundaries, and greater confidence in their child's ability to succeed independently.
Our goal is not simply to improve grades. It's to equip students and families with the tools, strategies, and resilience needed to navigate high school, college, and adulthood with confidence and lasting success.
Our mission is to help students and young adults overcome executive function challenges, anxiety, and disengagement by developing the motivation, work ethic, and self-regulation needed for academic success, independence, and lifelong growth.

Over 20 Years of Proven Experience
For more than two decades, we've helped students and families overcome challenges, build essential life skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting growth. Our coaching methods are grounded in neuroscience, executive function research, emotional intelligence, and real-world experience.
Evidence-Based, Results-Driven Coaching
Our approach goes beyond temporary solutions. We equip students with the tools to improve focus, organization, self-regulation, problem-solving, and academic performance while building the confidence and independence needed for long-term success.
A Whole-Person, Whole-Family Approach
Lasting change requires more than academic support. We address the cognitive, emotional, social, and environmental factors that influence learning, behavior, and well-being. By working with both students and families, we create sustainable systems that support growth at home, in school, and in life.
Specialized Expertise in ADHD and Learning Differences
We understand the unique challenges faced by students with ADHD, executive function deficits, anxiety, and learning differences. Our practical, individualized strategies help reduce overwhelm, strengthen self-management skills, improve emotional regulation, and make independence achievable.
Personalized Coaching That Meets Students Where They Are
No two students are alike. Every coaching plan is tailored to the individual's strengths, needs, goals, and learning style, ensuring support that is relevant, effective, and empowering.
Focused on Skills for Life, Not Just School
Our goal is not simply better grades. We help students develop the executive function, metacognitive, communication, and self-advocacy skills that lead to success in academics, relationships, careers, and everyday life.

At CoachingUToday, we believe every student has the ability to succeed when given the right tools, strategies, and support. Our approach is centered on helping students of all ages build the executive function, cognitive, emotional, and life skills they need to thrive in school, at home, and beyond.

At CoachingUToday, we believe every student has the ability to succeed when given the right tools, strategies, and support. Our approach is centered on helping students of all ages build the executive function, cognitive, emotional, and life skills they need to thrive in school, at home, and beyond.
We begin by getting to know each student as an individual. By understanding their strengths, challenges, learning style, and goals, we create a personalized coaching plan designed to meet their unique needs.
Through one-on-one coaching and proven, research-based strategies, we help students develop essential skills such as organization, time management, planning, focus, problem-solving, critical thinking, emotional balance, self-advocacy, social awareness, and metacognition, the ability to understand and manage their own thinking and learning processes. Rather than simply addressing immediate challenges, we focus on building lasting habits, resilience, self-awareness, and independence that students can carry with them throughout their lives.
We recognize that a student's success is closely connected to the support systems around them. That's why we partner with families to foster healthy communication patterns, establish clear expectations, set meaningful goals, and create appropriate boundaries that encourage accountability, independence, and mutual respect. By strengthening these family dynamics, we help create an environment where students can grow with confidence and consistency.
We believe meaningful growth happens when students, families, and coaches work together. Through collaboration, encouragement, and practical strategies, we support lasting change that extends beyond coaching sessions and into everyday life.
Our goal is simple: to empower students and families with the foundational skills, confidence, and mindsets required to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, achieve goals, and thrive at every stage of life.
Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and utilize them to create a path to the life you want.
Yes! We help individuals from 6th grade through adult. However, a prerequisite for the program is to possess a maturity level and willingness/openness to change. This is paramount in coaching and counseling. Although it is rare, if they are not receptive, then we will not be able to help them.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
Yes! We call it a 'strategy call" because we work with parents, discussing your goals, interests, challenges, and methodologies you've tried in the past. We believe in measuring and celebrating both small and gigantic leaps in your student's success! We provide complimentary cognitive, emotional, and academic baseline assessments to identify cognitive strengths and challenges.
Results vary for many reasons. Your coach will ask your student to complete a simple task in the first session. How your student responds short and long term will determine the development process duration.
